Look for patterns, not one isolated mark

Recurring damp patches, efflorescence, blistering finishes, corrosion staining, mould growth, or water after rainfall can indicate a water-management issue. The visible point is not always the entry point.

Investigate the route before selecting a product

The assessment should consider slopes, drains, joints, penetrations, interfaces, and recent changes to the building envelope. Correcting the pathway is more reliable than treating only the interior symptom.
