Crack injection, concrete repair, or structural strengthening?

These terms are not interchangeable: the appropriate scope depends on the cause, condition, and structural assessment.

Different terms answer different conditions

Injection can be considered for specific crack conditions after the crack is characterized. Concrete repair addresses deteriorated or damaged concrete and reinforcement conditions. Structural strengthening concerns the capacity or performance of an element and requires engineering assessment.

Do not choose by appearance alone

Crack width, movement, moisture, loading, reinforcement condition, and the cause of distress all affect the proposed scope. Site-specific engineering evaluation is required before selecting a repair or strengthening system.
